Olga Nefedova is an art historian, associate professor at the School of History, HSE University, Moscow, and a graduate of the Institute of History and Theory of Art. Her current research focuses on Arab art students in the USSR and the history of Arab-Soviet cultural relations. Nefedova is the founder and director of the Arab Art and Arab Artists in the Soviet Union Foundation online research project, a virtual collection of digital resources including archives, books, and essays.
